Educate Girls participated in the Skoll World Forum 2026, joining global leaders, funders, policymakers and social impact organisations <\/a>for conversations on education, systems change and long-term impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the forum, Gayatri Nair Lobo, CEO, Educate Girls, spoke at Sustaining Impact: What\u2019s Next for Big Bet Funding?<\/em>, an event organised by Bridgespan Group at Sa\u00efd Business School. Joining Doug Galen of Rippleworks, James Nardella of Last Mile Health, Lucien Chan of The Audacious Project, Rebecca Firth of Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team and Solange Bandiaky-Badji of Rights and Resources Initiative, Gayatri shared reflections on sustaining impact beyond major philanthropic investments, the importance of patient capital and the role of government partnerships in creating long-term systems change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gayatri also participated in Orchestrating Education System Change: Insights from the Shikshagraha Movement<\/em>, a roundtable hosted by the Government Outcomes Lab at the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford. Joined by Dr Eleanor Carter and Dr Harry Bregazzi of the Government Outcomes Lab and Neeraj Doddamane of ShikshaLokam, Gayatri discussed the role of government, community leadership and collective action in driving sustainable education systems<\/a> change. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Safeena Husain, Founder, Educate Girls,<\/a> joined Measuring What Matters: Impact, Evidence and Resilience in Uncertain Times<\/em>, a side event hosted by Greenwood Place. Alongside Tom Adams of 60 Decibels and Atti Worku of African Collaborative, Safeena discussed how organisations can build evidence systems that support learning and adaptation, balance rigour with flexibility, and better reflect how change happens in communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Safeena also spoke at a leadership panel hosted by India Impact House alongside Gaurav Gupta of JSW Foundation, Maina Sahi of EdelGive Foundation and Vishal Talreja of Dream a Dream.
